United Travel Solution LLC is not an airline, hotel, cruise line, or other travel supplier and is not affiliated with any travel supplier.
Our Role & Supplier Rules
When we arrange a reservation on your behalf, the actual travel service is provided by the applicable third-party supplier.
The supplier's own contract of carriage, fare rules, terms, conditions, and policies apply to your booking.
We will explain the material rules of available options before you authorize a booking. However, the supplier's published rules control in the event of a conflict.
Authorization & Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate traveler information.
- Names must be provided exactly as they appear on government-issued identification.
- Dates of birth and contact information must be accurate.
- You must provide accurate travel preferences and other information required for the reservation.
- Reservations are made only after receiving your authorization.
Errors in information supplied by you may result in additional supplier charges or other consequences.
Fees & Payment
Our service fees, when applicable, are disclosed before you authorize a booking and are itemized separately from supplier charges.
Payment terms and billing information are described in our Billing Policy.
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment card or payment method provided.
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Changes and cancellations are governed by the applicable supplier's fare, rate, or booking rules as well as our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
Some fares and rates may be non-refundable or refundable only as supplier credit.
We will communicate the applicable conditions before you authorize your booking whenever the information is available to us.
Travel Documents & Requirements
You are responsible for having valid travel documents and meeting all applicable travel requirements for your itinerary.
